Here's the deal..

Dear Recruiters,

In my twelve years of involvement in the marketing world I have never been successfully placed in a position (contract or otherwise) with the help of a recruiter. I believe in relationships first with your potential candidate. We will know quickly if its a good fit or not.

Currently, there are only a handful of recruiters in the world who can place me in a position contract or otherwise. This is because of the quick evolution of the online world to a community based world rather than the traditional broadcast environment.

Those handful of recruiters are already online, present in social networks and "Know how" to represent me to a potential client.

Please DO NOT ask me to rewrite my resume to fit a position you "might" have available. I have accomplished what I have in a dozen years. Please don't ask me to write a cover letter either. Google me or Bing me; that is my cover letter.

If you don't know what Google or Bing is then we already know this isn't going to work.
